Families at The Fox.....
...Children are welcome in our family friendly pub, we have a patio area outside, on special occasions we have an indoor bouncy castle, parents are advised that we expect you to supervise your children at all times.

For wet days we have coloured pencils and colouring books, playing cards and dominos available behind the bar.

Let us take the headache out of organising your child's party. We can host children's parties up to 35 in one of our function rooms, lay on a veritable feast of finger food, sort out a choice of entertainment from clowns, bouncy castle, karaoke or disco with lighting, decorate the room either for a theme or simple birthday banners. We can also host swimming parties in the summer at the Lido our local outdoor pool, please ask us for a quotation using our contact form. Safety is always first at The Fox and we would advise that your child and their young guests will still need supervision and that the correct adult and child balance should still be observed.

For our hotel guests with families we have family rooms,with extra beds that can be made up, simply let us know at the time of booking.

For hotel guests with toddlers and babies we have travel cots, high chairs, baby monitors, and bottle warmers, which can be loaned to you for your stay. Please let us know at the time of booking the equipment you require.

We can heat up baby food, just ask one of our friendly staff members.

We are dog friendly at The Fox Hotel and will allow you to be accompanied by your well behaved dog for a small £5 per night surcharge - please inform us at the time of booking. Please ensure you bring your own dog food, dog bowls etc.
